Sensei Shah entered in both the Veteran's Black Belt and Open Black Belt divisions for kata, points, and freestyle sparring. Needless to say, he's getting a bit slow for the sparring, but he managed to get 1st Place in both kata divisions, doing Sushiho kata - a required kata for our 3rd Dan gradings - inspired by Kenji Midori's version of it, which can be found on Youtube.
